Fish Processing

We fillet fish onboard for anglers that would like to vacuum seal their catch at home. Saves $ and most sealing units can be purchased at COSTCO. Please let a crew member know when you check in the galley. We suggest making reservations in advance with the processor before boarding. We don't have any pull  or control with the processors. If you don't have a reservation we would suggest using our onboard processing.
